Is the app really free?

Yes. Downloading the app, creating an account, reading procedures, browsing and downloading library documents, reading the community board and searching the attorney directory are all free. You pay only for tokens you choose to buy and for Counsel Now consultations.

Who sets the consultation fee?

The attorney. Each attorney sets their own fee per 15-minute block, and the app shows it to you before you request the call. The range on this page is the current spread across approved attorneys.

Can I end a call early?

Yes. The call is charged block by block. End it when you have what you need and you pay for the blocks used.

Do I need the AI Pro Plan to use the app?

No. The plan is optional. Tokens can be bought one bundle at a time with no subscription, and Counsel Now does not use tokens at all.

Are there prices in Jamaican dollars?

Prices are charged in US dollars through the app stores and the in-app card payment. Your bank converts at its own rate.
